HR Director, International Functions & EMEA

Kirsty has been with Lockheed Martin for 17 years and supports delivery of the People Strategy across International Functions; GBDSI, Comms and EBDT and EMEA business, agnostic of BA. Kirsty was appointed to this role in March 2025.

Kirsty is part of the GHR (Global Human Resources) team who alongside her US HR partners and our business leaders provide people solutions to include attraction, retention and engagement strategies and the evolution of our employee value proposition accommodative of the legislative and cultural requirements in each location.

Before this role, Kirsty served as the International HR Director supporting the VP International Business, alongside his eight VP & Regional Executives and their Regional HR Leads in Americas, EMEA, APAC and their associated teams.

During her time with LM Kirsty has had the opportunity to deploy on assignment to Australia. Kirsty started her career with LM at our Missiles and Fire control facility in Ampthill, UK. Before joining LM, Kirsty worked for 20 years as a HRBP in a major UK retailer; Sainsburys. She qualified with her CIPD Degree in 1998.
